Eclipse Insurance Agency Management System is constantly being upgraded to bring you more integrations, better functionality and smoother interfaces. This means you can spend more time working on your business than in your business, and your associates can build better relationships with clients.
It also means your computer system and internet connection need to be ready to handle the information you’ll be creating, uploading and downloading. We’ve created a guide to the recommended minimum software and hardware requirements for running the latest version of Eclipse. Please review the information and

Note: If your system only meet the minimum requirements listed below, Eclipse may not run at peak performance. We also advise against running Eclipse on Home versions of Windows OS.

Windows® 7 Pro or Business, Windows® 8.1, Windows® 10, Windows® Server 2008, Windows® Server 2008R2, Windows® Server 2012, Windows® Server 2012R2, and Windows® Server 2016.

Office 2010, 2013, 2016 or OpenOffice Writer. OpenOffice Writer is a free download you can find it at: http://www.openoffice.org

| PDF Software
|
NASA recommends PDF-Xchange Editor. It is free software and the download is found here: http://www.tracker-software.com

|
*Microsoft SQL Server Standard (2008, 2012, 2014, 2016) or higher (if more than 15 users) or NASA’s version of SQL Server Express (if less than 15 users).
* NOTE: SQL Server Express 2008R2 (or higher) has a limit 10 GB per database.
The max amount of memory SQL Server Express will use is 1GB. If these limitations will affect your agency you must use Microsoft SQL Server Standard or higher.

Backup Policy
To protect your investment in Eclipse Insurance Agency Management System, we recommend having an effective backup system in place. You should regularly create a backup copy of your Eclipse files to any of the suggested media below, and store them at an offsite location in case of disaster.
